6 boneless skinless chicken pieces
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1 C pineapple apricot jam
1 C Russian salad dressing
Arrange chicken in greased baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake 45 mins at 350. Serve with rice.
(This may be frozen in freezer bag prior to baking. To serve, thaw and pour into greased baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour. Or it can be frozen after cooking and then heated to serve.)
