I'm not a fan of mushrooms, but the "stuffing" is delish.
1 8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 pkg or roll Jimmy Dean sausage
20-25 washed mushrooms, stems removed
1/2 tsp garlic salt (optional)
shredded parmesan cheese
Cook and drain sausage. Mix sausage, cream cheese and garlic salt. Stuff mushrooms with sausage mixture and broil until golden and juices are coming out (approx 18-20 minutes).
